Jessica Dower joined the evolve team this month in the role of Associate, bringing with her significant knowledge and experience.

Following her graduation from the University of Cambridge, Chartered Structural Engineer Jessica started her career with Price & Myers. Spending eight years with the company, she gained extensive experience in steel, RC and the refurbishment of historic buildings including several flagship projects within The Crown Estate’s Regent St & St James’ portfolio.

Jessica worked on the refurbishment of Grade II listed 195 Piccadilly for BAFTA, which involved the lifting and restoration of the historic wrought iron trussed roof to create an additional storey. She has also been project engineer on a variety of mixed-use, office and retail developments.

A keen cyclist, Jessica will no doubt be hitting the roads in an evolve branded jersey over the next few years as Director Martyn Perkins has done many times before.

Speaking about the new appointment, Martyn said, “We are delighted that Jess has joined evolve where she will strengthen our technical expertise and Associate management team as well as our ever-increasing cycling squad. We are all looking forward to working with her.”
