Lucy Flanagan
Project Engineer
Having graduated from the University of Leeds with a MEng (Hons) in Architectural Engineering, Lucy joined Evolve in August 2021 as a Graduate Engineer.
As part of her master’s degree, Lucy designed a community arts centre which gave her valuable experience in designing a fully integrated project. It also provided her with the chance to explore the use of sustainable design and building practices, such as the extensive use of Cross-Laminated Timber and natural ventilation.
Lucy was awarded the Hoffman Wood prize for Architectural Engineering in her final year.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys running, swimming and going to the theatre. She also enjoys watching all sports, but especially Formula 1 and American Football.
Finally, Lucy enjoys heading home to see her family in Liverpool as often as possible, while also catching up on the many dog walks missed whilst living in London!
