Lucy Flanagan

Having graduated from the University of Leeds with a M.Eng (Hons) in Architectural Engineering, Lucy took on the role of Graduate Engineer with evolve in August 2021.

As part of her master’s, Lucy designed a community arts centre which gave her valuable experience in designing a fully integrated project. It also provided her with the chance to explore the use of sustainable design and building practices, such as the extensive use of Cross-Laminated Timber and natural ventilation.

Lucy was awarded the Hoffman Wood prize for Architectural Engineering in her final year.

She loves going to the theatre and was also a theatre technician for several student musicals during her time at university.

Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in Liverpool, and also loves watching sports including Formula 1 and NFL.
