Richard Colley

Richard studied Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Sheffield where he developed a passion for the understanding and strengthening of existing structures.

He joined evolve in 2017 having previously worked on large residential, hotel, retail and commercial developments.

During that time, Richard gained vital experience in the areas of concrete frame, deep basement construction, refurbishments, carbon fibre strengthening of structures and construction sequencing of complicated structures.

An avid traveller and hiker, Richard has expertly conquered the peaks of Morocco’s High Atlas, the Peruvian Andes, the volcanos of Indonesia and Box Hill, Surrey.

In his spare time, Richard likes to brew; making an array of craft beers and ales and experimenting with flavours, albeit with varying success. Richard’s colleagues are still waiting for a taste.
