Ruth Chislett
Senior Engineer
With a passion for sustainable solutions and modern methods of construction, Senior Engineer Ruth has extensive knowledge of working on engineered timber structures including framed, panelised and modular construction.
Having spent over eight years at Ramboll, Ruth joined Symmetrys before moving to Evolve in 2022. She brings with her 10 years’ experience working across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, industrial, healthcare and aviation on projects in the UK and abroad.
A University of Sheffield graduate, Ruth studied Structural Engineering with Architecture before going on to gain chartership with the ICE. She now tutors in Architecture at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
Outside of work, Ruth loves to swim and enjoys sailing whenever the chance arises. She also does her bit for her home town by being a dedicated Reading FC season ticket holder!
