Associate
Are you an experienced Senior Engineer or Associate, with a proven track record? Perhaps you have reached a glass ceiling in your current role, or you’re looking for the opportunity to join and help to lead a team within a dynamic, growing business. If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Associate at Evolve, you will lead a team of engineers to deliver innovative, sustainable and intelligent structural designs across a range of projects. You will be the first point of contact for the client and project teams, responsible for delivering projects that meet and exceed clients’ expectations in relation to innovative and sustainable design, fee and budget constraints, and programme.
As well as the engineering, you will be responsible for financial and resource management of your projects, and you will contribute to non-project initiatives across the business where relevant and of interest to you. You will also be involved in business development activities, and supported to build and grow your personal network within the industry.
Senior Engineer
Are you a Senior Engineer who has achieved Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineers? If you're thinking about your next career move, we'd love to hear from you.
At Evolve, you will manage a team of engineers to deliver innovative, sustainable and intelligent structural engineering designs that meet and exceed client expectations against a range of key markers. You will care about the climate and biodiversity emergency, and you will work collaboratively to strengthen our working practices to create engineering outcomes that have a more positive impact on the world around us.
There is also opportunity to take part in external networking, to represent Evolve externally whilst building your own network within the industry.
Civil Engineer
Are you a Civil Engineer with at least 3 years industry experience?
At Evolve, you will be part of our growing civils team, delivering innovative solutions in external works, drainage and flood water management to facilitate new developments, refurbishments and maintain the public drainage network. As well as working on predominantly structural projects, you will have the opportunity to work on civils and infrastructure led projects.
If not already Chartered with the ICE, you will be encouraged and supported through the Chartership process by your mentor.
