About us
We are a structural and civil engineering design practice. We are always learning, questioning and pushing for better.
Our ethos is simple: putting people first. We thrive on working with like-minded clients and peers to deliver exceptional outcomes that drive genuine, positive change. We foster the brightest talent, sharing our passion for engineering.
With compassion and consideration, we creatively explore the perimeters of engineering to consistently design better solutions for communities and the planet. As the world changes - socially, environmentally, economically and technologically – we are committed to evolving with it.
What we do
For more than 20 years, Evolve has worked with developers, architects and technical experts to design and deliver some of the UK’s most complex engineering projects.
Our team works tirelessly to make the impossible a reality, be it breathtaking structures that almost defy gravity, new basements in 200-year-old buildings or railway arch redevelopments with live trains running overhead. We are expert engineers, not constrained by sector or typology.
We think creatively, sustainably and push boundaries. For the people. For the industry. For the world.

A look into our projects
Torre Anboto Dorrea
Torre Anboto Dorrea is a 36-storey and 119-meter-tall residential tower located in the Garellano complex in the centre of Bilbao, Spain. The area of Garellano, the site for this 36-storey residential tower, was previously occupied by barracks and represented the last major site available for regeneration within Central Bilbao. Given this importance, Bilbao Ría 2000 organised an international masterplan competition for the 53-hectare site in 2008. In 2009, RSHP was announced the competition winner and, following the approval of the masterplan; In 2017, with the construction of the new bus station underway, Bilbao Ría 2000 commissioned RSHP to prepare a feasibility study for the final of the five towers developed within the masterplan. Evolve provided structural engineering services in collaboration with BAC engineering.
