Jessica Taylor
Associate
Jessica spent eight years at Price & Myers before joining Evolve as an associate in autumn 2020.
During that time she worked on a wide range of projects, with a focus on the refurbishment of historic buildings in Central London. Her work has included several flagship projects within The Crown Estate’s Regent St & St James’ portfolio and the refurbishment of 195 Piccadilly for BAFTA, which included lifting the historic wrought iron roof to insert an additional storey.
Jessica became a Chartered Engineer with the IStructE in 2018.
A keen cyclist, both road and velodrome, Jessica has completed track races, PedElle and, most recently, the 1438km Cycle to MIPIM relay. She is also a loving dog mum to whippet Stanley.
After graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2011, Jessica spent a year working as a ski instructor in Canada, gaining a particular love for off-piste and backcountry skiing. She intends to go heli-skiing in Alaska if she ever wins the lottery!
