Solution
The media sector is still at the heart of the target tenant mix for the site. We have worked as part of their team to maximise the site’s potential. The existing main building has been improved to provide a variety of unit sizes and core support facilities for the site and a new freestanding building of 50,000sqft, BS2, was constructed in the car park creating larger clear and flexible floor plates to a spec to attract the higher rents predicted for the area.
