Former UK Structures Director at Waterman, Barry brings with him 30 years of experience in the London and South-East construction markets.
Highly regarded for his foresight in delivering projects that are economical, sustainable and innovative as part of a collaborative team approach, Barry understands the key drivers for success. His passion, enthusiasm and open-mindedness enables clients, designers and contractors to achieve outstanding results.
Barry has delivered many award-winning base-build, refurbishment and fit out projects that have targeted best practice design and sustainability credentials across a number of construction sectors. Notable projects include Paternoster Square for Mitsubishi/Stanhope, Watermark Place for CO-RE/Nomura Bank, Royal College of Pathology, 5 Broadgate for UBS, and The Post Building for McKinsey and Nationwide. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
